• Use skewers to keep your shrimp from falling into the fire (baskets work well too)
• Keep shrimp away from direct heat
• Precook in boiling water before placing them on the grill for their final cooking
• Fast is best. Shrimp only need a few minutes (usually less than 4) to
  cook to perfection
• Never leave your shrimp on the grill and walk away. You will come back to rubbery dry shrimp that no one can eat.
