  Coconut Shrimp with Dipping Sauce – Now this is one sweet and sassy coconut shrimp recipe! Succulent shrimp, are the star of this one, and they have a deliciously sweet breading of coconut, for a mouth watering flavor. They also have their own dipping sauce, that’s as quick and easy to make as the coconut shrimp!

Main Ingredient: Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients to make Coconut Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

12 Shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tb Flour
4 Eggs, beaten
1 c Coconut, shredded
Oil, for deep-frying

HONEY MUSTARD HORSERADISH SAUCE

1 tb Dry mustard
2 c Honey
1/2 c Horseradish

Directions to make Coconut Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

Step 1:Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip them in egg and roll in shredded coconut. Deep-fry shrimp at 350 degrees until golden brown in color.
Step 2:Serve with Honey Mustard Horseradish Sauce
Step 3:Sauce directions: Combine all ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
